**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Admin Management**:

- Maintain staff attendance records and prepare weekly duty rosters
- Keep track of daily expenses (petty cash)
- Coordinate with vendors (laundry, water supply, housekeeping, etc.)
- Filing and record-keeping of bills, receipts, and documents

**2. Maintenance Oversight**:

- Regular checking of ACs, lights, plumbing, salon machines, and furniture
- Ensure timely maintenance work by vendors and follow up when needed
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning and hygiene schedules are followed

**3. Backend Operations**:

- Monitor stock of salon products - track what needs to be ordered and check expiry dates
- Maintain a simple system for daily sales and client records
- Assist with appointment scheduling, client reminders, and feedback coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks with the Salon Head and Owner

**Skills Required**:

- Smart, responsible, and trustworthy personality
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.)
- Good communication in Hindi and understanding of basic English
- Ability to work well with people and solve problems efficiently
- Habit of completing tasks on time and with accuracy
