An operations executive has to manage the day-to-day operations of an organization. They are responsible for a variety of tasks
- Working with vendors and suppliers to monitor the organisation's performance.
- They must ensure the products or services meet quality standards.
- They oversee inventory levels to ensure that there’s enough stock to meet demand but not so much that resources are wasted.
- Operations Executive has to manage a team, which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and performance evaluation.
- Operations Executive will be involved in customer services excellence to ensure that the products and services are timely delivered by the organization and the complaints from customers are resolved effectively.
- Operations Executives must enhance the productivity of the company by working efficiently and getting the work done on a timely basis.
- Operations Executive has to Communicate with the working staff and the upper management regularly.
- Operations Executive has to Maintain a healthy relationship with the suppliers and Customers.
- Operations Executive has to look after all the daily functions of the business
- Operations Executive has to be read to commute to the customers and suppliers to deliver or pick up products and raw materials.
- Should have his own Two Wheeler and driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niralanagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
