  • Key Responsibilities: Manage daily spa operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and client service.
  • Ensure a high standard of hygiene, ambiance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and feedback professionally.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and memberships to increase sales.
  • Maintain inventory, product stock, and supplier coordination.
  • Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service standards.
  • Prepare daily reports on sales, performance, and operations.
  • Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa or Salon Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
