Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate roles. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting business hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards
  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Required Qualifications

Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, or technical roles
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Male candidate preferred.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple departments or job families
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments
  • Employer branding or campus recruiting experience
