About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically sound IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across systems and platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and multiple IT tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data management and reporting using Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Provide IT support related to software, tools, and systems.

  • Manage user access, credentials, and basic troubleshooting across platforms.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of IT tools used for training, operations, and communication.

  • Coordinate with vendors or external IT support when required.

  • Maintain data accuracy, system security, and process documentation.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Educational Qualification: BCA / BSc IT required.

  • Strong command over spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Well-versed with common IT tools, software, and digital platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Location: Pune(Wakad)

Mode of Work: Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office + 2 Days WFH)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹2 LPA
