Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary VP of Sales Real Estate to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an on-site, full-time leadership role responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and cultivating strong client relationships. The VP of Sales will oversee sales operations, ensure team targets are met, and contribute to the long-term success of RSC Group's mission to transform Dholera into a smart, vibrant city.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Expertise in Account Management and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience in Sales Operations and implementing effective sales processes and strategies
  • Demonstrated success in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
