Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office / Hybrid as applicable)

Experience: 7+ Years in US IT Recruitment (Night Shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the end-to-end recruitment process for the US market, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing top IT talent. You will work closely with Account Managers, clients, and implementation partners to ensure timely and high-quality hiring delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates for US clients.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche skills and critical positions in IT technologies.
  • Work extensively with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Implementation Partners for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent requirements.
  • Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social platforms (LinkedIn, etc.), Boolean search, and headhunting.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring priorities and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on emerging IT technologies, recruitment tools, and hiring trends in the US staffing industry.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 7+ years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment (night shift mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C), and work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Expertise in sourcing and closing candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment CRM tools.
  • High energy and commitment to work US EST/CST time zones.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree (preferred, but not mandatory with proven track record).
