Role & responsibilities : - Manage projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plans

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams:

  • Liaisoning Team: Facilitate stakeholder communication

  • Site Team: Ensure project progress and quality on-site

  • Architects Team: Collaborate to meet design intent and project requirements

  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards

Preferred candidate profile : - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or a related role

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage
