Troubleshooting & SupportDiagnose and resolve LabVIEW-based tester issues to minimize SMT/PCBA line downtime.Troubleshoot high-voltage EV component testers with strict adherence to safety protocols.Lead root cause analysis for tester-related downtime impacting OEE and yield.Support preventive maintenance plans to achieve tester uptime >98%.3. Process Improvement & InnovationDrive automation initiatives to improve test cycle time, yield, and coverage.Implement self-check, calibration, and health-monitoring routines in test systems.Identify cost-saving opportunities through software optimization, fixture reusability, and better integration.4. Training & Knowledge SharingConduct hands-on LabVIEW training for engineers, supervisors, and technicians.Create SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and training materials for test systems.Mentor team members to independently resolve first-level LabVIEW issues.5. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain version-controlled repositories (SVN/Git) for LabVIEW code and configurations.Document software architecture, wiring diagrams, and change logs.Prepare tester correlation reports to validate measurement accuracy against reference equipment.Ensure readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
