Job Specifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years expertise in LabVIEW. It is preferred to have knowledge of other programming languages like Python, MATLAB, .NET etc.
  • Location: Pune or Bengaluru
  • Salary: Pay is commensurate with skills and qualifications of the applicant.

Job Role:

  • Design and Development of test & measurement equipment, data acquisition systems, hardware in loop simulation systems.
  • ATE Development: Hands on experience and knowledge in test engineering, should be able to identify test points by reviewing hardware schematics with respect to requirement documents.
  • LabVIEW programming, troubleshooting, testing, software support and maintenance.
  • Research and development of algorithms in LabVIEW by studying the technical papers/existing IPs/on their own logic.
  • Documentation: Preparing documents in various stages of the project such as requirement specifications, design document, user manual, troubleshooting manual etc.
  • Following the software engineering processes like source code control, unit testing, integration testing etc.
  • Coordinate with engineers, software developers and systems analysts to design effective solutions.
  • Research existing and emerging hardware and software technologies to determine capabilities and cost-benefits relationship.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Min. 2 to 4 years of LabVIEW expertise
  • PC Based Instrumentation knowledge & ATE Experience
  • Good knowledge of software development fundamentals
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in LabVIEW RT, LabVIEW FPGA is beneficial
  • Experience in OOP and Actor Framework are beneficial
  • Familiarization with NI hardware platforms like PXI, cRIO, etc.
  • Experience in Device Drivers and protocols like RS 232/485 (Serial), TCP/IP etc.
  • Experience in TestStand would be an added advantage
  • CLAD, CLD, or CLA would be an added advantage
  • Excellent writing, communication (English), management, and interpersonal skills
