Hexaware Technologies is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our team in the
Customer Support – Malayalam Process
. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment while supporting clients in the Malayalam language.

Position Details:

Role:
Customer Support Executive – Malayalam Process

Qualification:
Graduation or a minimum of 3 years Diploma + HSC

Experience:
Open to both Freshers and Experienced Professionals

Location:
LOMA IT Park, Aurum Q1, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timings:
Any 9 hours between 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM (2 rotational weekly offs)

What We Are Looking For:

Fluency in
Malayalam (mandatory)
and good communication in
English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism

Customer-focused individuals with a willingness to learn and grow

Flexible to work in rotational shifts
