With rapid expansion in the General Trade market, we are strengthening our field operations team to ensure smooth supply, collections, and retailer support.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Collections Representative to manage payment recovery, retailer follow-ups, and return stock coordination across Jaipur. This role is critical to maintaining strong retailer relationships and ensuring seamless financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit retail outlets daily to collect payments (Cash/UPI/Cheque)
  • Maintain accurate accounts of daily collections and outstanding balances
  • Pick up return/unsold stock from stores and update documentation
  • Follow up with retailers on pending dues and ensure timely recovery
  • Prepare daily reconciliation reports and share with accounts/sales teams
  • Provide professional, courteous service to retailers at all times
  • Support distributor/sales team with financial coordination
  • Maintain clean records, receipts, and documentation for audits

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum: Graduate in any stream
  • Two-wheeler + valid driving license
  • Basic knowledge of accounting/ledger entries
  • Strong communication & follow-up skills
  • Highly trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual
  • Prior experience in FMCG collections or retail fieldwork preferred
