Responsibilities

1) Complete responsibility of Google Ads. End to end campaign Management.

2) Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead.

3) Manage Display network placement lists on Google ads.

4) Optimize the campaigns regularly for improving the performance.

5) Slight Development Knowledge on WordPress

6) Good Knowledge of Google Ads Editor.

7) Attribution & Tracking: Ability to configure and maintain ad conversion settings, Google Analytics

8) Provide oversight and manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.

9) Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.

10) Brainstorm new and creative Strategies.

11) Keen knowledge about your local target audience, strongly positioned copy in English.

12) Google Ads certification is a plus.

15) Knowledge of shopping campaigns & Google merchant Centre is plus

14) Able to design landing pages & website

15) Budget Planning: Review and planning monthly budget distribution recommendations to align

Qualifications

  • 2+ years digital marketing experience in handling digital marketing services for real estate.
  • Self-driven, social media & digital-savvy writing capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills and effective collaboration skills needed, especially the ability to develop.
  • Ability to drive people and projects to meet deliverables, timelines and budget.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to our culture.
  • Good knowledge of the local property and local area.
