Elevare Business Solution Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated HR & Operations Associate to join our team. This dual-focus role is the perfect entry point for building skills in both people management and essential business administration.
The Role: Core Responsibilities
You will be the administrative backbone of our team, learning and executing key functions:
- HR Operations: Handle all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, record-keeping, payroll data support).
- Office Administration: Provide essential support for the entire company, including managing office supplies, vendor communication, and light administrative duties for management.
- Communication: Utilize strong written and verbal English skills to draft professional internal and external communications.
What We Look For
- Education: A recent university graduate (Fresher). Degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Skillset: Excellent communication and a highly meticulous, organized approach to work.
- Attitude: Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
