Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for an Assistant Team Lead. The Assistant Team Lead will be responsible for supporting team operations, coordinating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring project deadlines are met. Daily tasks include assisting with project planning, delegating responsibilities, and providing feedback to team members. The role also involves facilitating effective communication within the team and addressing any issues that arise.

- Management and Coordination skills
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
- Experience in the Numerology or Vastu fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field will be adding advantage.
