Position Title: Application Engineer

Location: Chennai

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) with a focus on ECE, Biomedical, Biotech, EEE,

E&I.


• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.


• Strong communication skills are a must.

Core Skills:


• Technical expertise in the fields of ECE, Biomedical, Biotech, EEE, or E&I.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• Customer-focused with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement and Technical Consultation:

a. Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and

challenges.

b. Provide expert technical consultation to address customer needs and recommend

suitable solutions.

  1. Technical Support and Issue Resolution:

a. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries and

support.

b. Offer timely and effective solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer

satisfaction.

  1. Product Demonstration and Customization:

a. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our

health systems.

b. Customize demonstrations to align with specific customer requirements and

concerns.

  1. Training and Implementation Support:

a. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to customers on the proper usage and

maintenance of our health systems.

b. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless implementation of our

products.

  1. Collaboration and Product Enhancement:

a. Collaborate closely with the development team, providing valuable feedback from customer interactions.

b. Contribute to product improvement suggestions based on customer needs and

market insights.

  1. Content Development and Educational Outreach:

a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop technical content for various

channels.

b. Contribute to the creation of educational materials, including whitepapers and blog

posts.

  1. Continuous Learning and Development:

a. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

b. Attend relevant workshops and training sessions to enhance technical knowledge

and skills
