Role Description

We are seeking a passionate Application Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai.

This is a full-time, on-site position that involves providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering customer training. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers succeed with technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers for CAD/CAE solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams for pre-sales and post-sales activities
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on the latest product features and updates
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical expertise

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering
    or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge in
    CAD/CAE software (e.g., SOLIDWORKS,SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION,FLOW SIMULATION)
  • Excellent
    problem-solving
    ,
    communication

    teamwork
    skills
  • Ability to work on-site in
    Chennai
  • Willingness to
    travel
    for customer visits and training sessions
  • Bike is mandatory
    for local travel
  • Prior experience in the
    Engineering or technology industry
    is an advantage
