Looking for a Dynamic Admin Specialist for an e-commerce brand in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

  • Travel Desk (Domestic & International Ticketing & Visa)
  • Coordinate office activities & operations to secure efficiency & compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Tracked stock of office supplies (Stationery items, housekeeping consumables) and placed orders when necessary.
  • Actively managing Expenses Like office Telephone bills, Electricity bills, Water Bills & internet bills, etc.
  • Maintain the vehicle insurance list monthly and ensure that it is renewed before it expires.
  • Coordinate with all office admin staff for general administration work.
  • Supervise & train other clerical & housekeeping supervisors.
  • Completely manage communication devices (Like-Mobile, Data cards, & PRI line) for activation & deactivation of services & handling routing & major issues.
  • To keep track of monthly expenses & maintain MIS.
  • Coordinate with all general admin vendors for timely material delivery and maintenance of equipment.
  • Verification of Vendor bills with the help of all support, and checking whether they can be approved or not.
  • To maintain the office scrap material record & space management.
  • Handling External vendors such as Carpenters, Plumbers, and building security.
  • General coordination of all concerns related to upkeep and cleanliness of the office and other facilities.
  • Maintaining track of uniforms and ID cards of all new Joiners and existing employees.

Job Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience in an admin or office administration role.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
