We're looking for a Solution Consultant who's passionate about helping customers unlock the power of customer data. This role bridges pre-sales, post-sales, and customer success - perfect for someone who loves both strategy and hands-on problem-solving.
You'll partner with sales and professional services teams to help enterprise customers design, implement, and scale data-driven personalization using Meiro CDP. From first demo to onboarding and renewal, you'll be a trusted advisor helping clients turn customer data into real business outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats - consultant, technologist, and storyteller.
What you can expect from the position?- Act as the go-to technical and strategic advisor for enterprise customers.
- Partner with sales to scope, demo, and architect tailored CDP solutions.
- Lead onboarding and integration discussions with customer engineering teams.
- Drive adoption and expansion through consultative, hands-on engagement.
- Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with product to share customer insights and influence the roadmap.
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales to realize them.
- Deliver engaging demos, proof-of-concepts, proposals, and enablement sessions.
Pre-Sales
- Support new customer acquisition by showing how Meiro solves real-world data challenges.
- Deliver clear, tailored demos and proposals that accelerate decision-making.
Customer Success
- Guide customers on best practices, data strategies, and marketing use cases.
- Help clients get the most out of Meiro through workshops, training, and optimization sessions.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion and feature adoption.
Partner Support
- Enable partners to sell and implement Meiro successfully.
- Create and deliver partner training, demos, and sales collateral.
Go-to-Market Support
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing on case studies, webinars, and playbooks.
- Contribute to content that showcases Meiro's value and differentiators.
Must have:
- 2–5 years in CDP Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Customer Success.
- Deep understanding of CDP concepts, APIs, integrations, and analytics.
- Ability to map marketing objectives to CDP capabilities (RFM, CLV, ROAS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - you can make complex ideas simple.
- Hands-on familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data workflows (bonus if you can prototype).
- Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
- A growth mindset - curious, adaptable, and focused on outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the broader MarTech landscape.
- Experience designing or scoping solution architectures.
- Understanding of customer data models, event-based tracking, and pipelines.
- Experience with RFPs, POCs, or pilot projects.
