Role Description – DevOps Engineer This is a full-time, on-site role for a DevOps Engineer based in Odisha, India . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Key duties include implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), managing Linux-based systems, optimizing system performance, and enabling seamless CI/CD practices. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support development workflows, ensure high availability, and maintain secure, scalable environments. Key Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud using services such as ECS, S3, EC2, RDS, Docker, Kubernetes, and EKS. Design, develop, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar tools. Monitor system performance and production environments using Prometheus, Grafana , and other observability tools; proactively troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability. Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks. Implement and enforce security best practices , including IAM access control, encryption, vulnerability management, compliance, and cloud cost optimization. Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps methodologies and support efficient application deployment. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and DevOps tools to improve operational efficiency and promote automation best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and practices. Strong experience in Software Development , CI/CD processes, and automation workflows. Solid understanding of System Administration , especially in Linux environments. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure or deployment issues. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field .
