IT Research Associate

We are looking for an analytical and tech-savvy
IT Research Associate
to support our
R&D and technology
innovation initiatives. The candidate will research emerging technologies, evaluate
IT tools, and assist in building POCs
and internal technical reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging
  IT technologies, frameworks, AI tools, cloud platforms, and market trends.
• Evaluate and compare software solutions; prepare technical comparison sheets and detailed analysis reports.
• Support R&D activities including
  POCs (Proof of Concepts), prototyping, and feasibility studies.
• Gather data from multiple sources to
  support product, development, and innovation teams.
• Monitor competitor products, technical advancements, and industry best practices.
• Prepare
  documentation, reports, whitepapers, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to share insights and suggestions.
• Maintain organized repositories of research data, documents, and test results.

Required Skills

• Understanding of
  IT systems (software development, networks, cloud, databases, cybersecurity).
• Strong analytical and research mindset.
• Basic programming knowledge
  (Python, Java, JavaScript preferred).
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to evaluate tools, compare technical features, and interpret data.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently on multi-tasked research projects.
• Knowledge of
  SDLC, R&D methodologies, and product lifecycle
  (preferred).

• Notion / Confluence / OneNote (Documentation & Knowledge Base)
• Power BI / Tableau (Basic data visualization – optional)

Research & Market Intelligence Tools

• Google Trends, Statista, Gartner reports
• ChatGPT / Gemini / AI Tools (Technical research assistance)
• StackOverflow, Medium, (Technical content research)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  IT, Computer Science, Engineering
  , or related field.
• Certificates in
  cloud, analytics, AI, or software tools
  are an advantage.
