Position Description
The successful candidate will be a member of the MBG Asia Pacific Global Logistics team. They will be responsible for managing logistics operations for the Motorola India business, including inbound and outbound operations, and domestic delivery to our Business Partners across India. They will work with our Logistics Providers, Sales team and internal Supply Chain teams on daily operations to support deliveries of all Lenovo products to our end Customers.

They will work with our Logistics Providers, to manage shipments via Road, Air and Ocean, and will work to meet our Service level and Cost Targets, while continually optimizing and improving our Logistics delivery performance.

Position Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Logistics operations, preferably more, and in an IT company or similar industry.

The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree, preferably in Logistics, but other relevant subjects are accepted.

The candidate requires excellent written and spoken English, and to have strong professional communications skills.

They should have experience in a fast moving operations environment, and show a track record of strong team work in Global Companies, or across multiple countries.

The position requires a good level of analytical and problem solving skills.
