A chemical and aerosols factory , ISO certified in Bahadurgarh, Haryana requires

HR Executive

Candidates with expertise in internal audits, training and documentation of QMS, OHSMS, EHS

will be preferred.

Candidates living near or willing to relocate to Asaudah, Bahadurgarh, Haryana will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Listing vacancies in Job portals.
  • Screening CV's and obtaining additional information's.
  • Arranging and conducting interviews.
  • On boarding new employees and maintaining statutory compliance, records, and returns.
  • Payroll processing and disbursements. Employee engagement, employee welfare, performance evaluation, rewards and recognition programs.
  • Liaising with Government departments, attending to legal matters and other administrative functions.

Qualifications

 Good command over written and spoken English

 Should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in HR profile

 Candidates having prior work experience in manufacturing units industry will be preferred

 Should be proficient in using MS office, MS excel, power point etc.

 Candidate having graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
