Position: Hospital Director cum Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Hospital Director cum Administrator to oversee daily hospital operations, lead quality initiatives, and support NABH implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hospital operations and patient-care delivery
  • Implement and maintain NABH quality standards & compliance
  • Manage staff, budgets, procurement, and facility resources
  • Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and service excellence
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, insurance, vendors & healthcare authorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of hospital administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of NABH protocols & hospital accreditation
  • Master's in Hospital / Healthcare Administration or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, planning & communication abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹75, ₹150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
