Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will primarily assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidate profiles for various open roles. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidate profiles from various channels such as job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Communicate with candidates via email or phone to gather additional information or confirm availability.
- Provide regular updates to the HR team on sourcing and screening progress.
- Support the team in other HR activities or projects, as required.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred candidate profile
Can work in office( no wfh) in Gurgaon Head Office.
Have zeal to learn about HR and make career in that.
Please note- Stipend range will be 13,000-15,000 per month depending on the interview
