Job Title: Human Resources Intern
Location: Sector 48, Gurugram (6 days a week)
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 20,000 per month
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR Operations team.
This role will focus on ensuring a seamless experience for employees during both onboarding and offboarding, while maintaining accurate HR records and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation for new hires.
- Support in planning and executing smooth onboarding sessions.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT, admin, payroll) for new hire setup.
- Assist in managing exit formalities, documentation, and clearance process for employees.
- Conduct exit checklists and support smooth handover during offboarding.
- Help address employee queries related to onboarding and exit policies.
- Contribute to process improvement in HR operations.
Requirements
- Pursuing/completed graduation or post-graduation (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn HR processes.
