Experience: 6+ years (with at least 3+ years in UiPath RPA)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UiPath RPA Consultant to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that streamline complex business processes across Finance, HR, and other domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in UiPath, hands-on experience in RPA project delivery, and the ability to interact with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Core UiPath Development & Deployment

Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Assistant.

Implement REFramework for enterprise-grade automation with proper exception handling and retry mechanisms.

Build and maintain bots for Excel, SAP, Web, PDF, and Outlook automation.

Configure and manage selectors, data scraping, queues, triggers, scheduling, assets, and logging.

Advanced Automation & Integrations

Integrate UiPath workflows with SharePoint, Office 365, Power BI, Teams, APIs, and SQL/SSMS databases.

Implement Document Understanding and OCR solutions (Abbyy, Tesseract, UiPath Document OCR).

Deploy, monitor, and maintain attended/unattended bots in production environments.

Optimize existing automations and ensure high availability and performance of bots.

Business Analysis & Documentation

Conduct requirement gathering, process discovery, and feasibility analysis with business users.

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation (PDD – Process Design Document, SDD – Solution Design Document).

Work closely with Business Analysts and SMEs to validate automation solutions and ensure business objectives are met.

Collaboration & Methodology

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.

Follow best practices for documentation, version control (Git, TFS, UiPath Automation Ops), and secure coding.

Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing automations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of proven expertise in UiPath RPA.

Strong hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, and REFramework.

Expertise in automating processes across Excel, SAP, Web, PDF, and Outlook.

Advanced knowledge of API integrations, SQL/SSMS, Office 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Teams.

Proficiency in Document Understanding & OCR tools (Abbyy, Tesseract, UiPath OCR).

Strong understanding of exception handling, retry logic, deployment, and monitoring.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology with ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Domain exposure in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Healthcare will be a plus.
