Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on time using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and graphs.

  • Utilize expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel) to analyze data and present findings effectively.

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools.

  • Create dashboards, pivot tables, and charts to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Automate data extraction and report generation processes.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather and consolidate data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms and reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Troubleshoot data or reporting issues and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
  • Prepare presentations and summary reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
