Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, presenting products to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the specific industry of Empire Industries Limited is a plus
