Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Team Manager - International Sales located in Hyderabad. The Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the international sales team, providing training and guidance to team members. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong customer relationships, analyzing sales data, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, the manager will be expected to facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients.

Qualifications

  • Team Management and Training skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Geographical knowledge
  • Experience in Real estate sales is must.
  • Developer and HNI customer handking experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
