Duties and responsibilities :-

  1. IT Strategy:

  2. Define and implement the IT applications strategy aligned with business goals.

  3. Lead the development and maintenance of CRM and Financial applications, ensuring scalability
  4. and efficiency.
  5. Researching out of the box features of existing CRM and Financial Applications and implementing
  6. the same
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  8. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all IT applications.

  9. Application Development and Management:

  10. CRM:

  11. Design robust lead management, customer service, Geo Tagging, custom Dashboards and
  12. Integrations in CRM application
  13. Collaborate with Internal IT stakeholders and External Vendors to integrate services using
  14. peripheral application APIs for real-time sync, data retrieval and analysis.
  15. Manage and oversee the development, and deployment of CRM applications change requests,
  16. upgrades, and existing integrations.
  17. Periodic reporting of operational issues to senior management and stakeholders
  18. Manage application support and ensure seamless BAU
  19. Finance
  20. Accounting tool and contract management.
  21. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data within applications, oversee data cleansing,
  22. and support the creation of financial reports and dashboards.
  23. Analyze current financial processes and identify areas where application features can improve
  24. efficiency, accuracy, and automation
  25. Collaborate with Internal IT stakeholders and External Vendors to integrate services using

  26. peripheral application APIs for real-time sync, data retrieval and analysis

  27. Team and Vendor Management:

  28. Lead and mentor a team of Application Managers and developers.

  29. Collaborate with external vendors and partners for technology solutions and services.

  30. Monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of IT projects.

  31. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  32. Work closely with business units to understand requirements and deliver tailored IT solutions.

  33. Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Specialized skills and competencies :-

  • 12-15+ years of experience in IT applications management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Expertise in application development, project management, and digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Financial applications for insurance domain and regulatory requirements.
  • Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
