Role & responsibilities :

1. Business & Data Analysis

  • Work with business and technical teams to define, document, and manage business requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and data/process analysis to identify and validate requirements.
  • Support business case development, benefits realisation, and operating model design.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technical and operational solutions.
  • Ensure traceability, testing alignment, and process documentation as per standards.
  • Drive operational readiness and adoption of new solutions.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance, support, and quality assurance.
  • Allocate work, manage priorities, and ensure consistency in analysis frameworks and documentation.
  • Conduct performance reviews and promote professional development within the team.

3. Resource & Process Management

  • Manage BA resource planning and allocation across projects.
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Support recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Total Experience: 15+ years of total experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Cross-Functional Teams: Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Experience contributing to, and achieving, continuous improvement goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • A background in Regulatory Reporting Projects, especially ESG and Sustainability would be strongly considered.
  • Any prior SME knowledge and experience on Sustainability or Regulatory Reporting from a BAU role would also be viewed favourably.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
  • Sustainability Delivery Experience: Experience in delivering projects with a focus on sustainability and environmental impact.
