  • Alternate Vendor Identification And Vendor Negotiations
  • Analyze spend data finding out gap for cost out.
  • Confers with manufacturing, Product teams, suppliers to resolve   Design For Manufacturing , Design For Testing  , Design For Assembly  issues.
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvements in resolving the supplier queries and immediate solutions and contribute on process improvements with cost out benefit
  • Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
  • Develop inventory optimization strategies within the company.
  • Identifying the opportunities of cost reduction by various means like part rationalization, material change, supplier consolidation etc.
  • Obtaining quotes from different suppliers.
  • Work with Global Supply team for the process support.
  • Keep updates on technological improvements across the industry and suggesting most efficient approach in sourcing/prototyping new components.
