Role and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical user manuals for our process control instruments by thoroughly understanding their operation and functions.
  • Create technical files using design and documentation software.
  • Submit finalized user manuals and calibration reports to the QC department.
  • Print various formats of drawing sets for the production team and project manager.
  • Maintain organized server by systematically saving sketches, drawings, and updating project folders and files as required.
  • Work under the guidance of the production head and design team to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Preferred diploma in Computer Aided Drafting software.
Required Skills:
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in preparing technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other graphic design software will be preferred.
  • Experience in preparing user manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics will be preferred.
  • Excellent command over the English language for document preparation.
