Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace products.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to aerospace manufacturing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new products into manufacturing.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing processes.
• Manage the introduction of new technologies and automation to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing engineering department.   Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering within the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements in aerospace manufacturing.
