Role Overview

Role Title: Procurement Executive

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain

Reporting To: Purchase Manager

Location: Bangalore Office

Primary Objective

To execute and monitor the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services, ensuring timely availability, cost-efficiency, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order (PO) Management Process POs from approved PRs with accuracy.
  • Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and issue resolution.
  • Material Delivery Tracking – Monitor deliveries and coordinate with stores for receipt.
  • ERP System Utilization – Ensure 100% procurement entries are managed in ERP.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Collect and file COAs, MSDS, invoices as per audit protocols.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams – Work with QA, QC, and Stores for material planning and issues.
  • Reporting – Prepare weekly procurement reports and update MIS.
