About Job:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will help enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and generate leads across digital channels while analyzing performance metrics to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
  • Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow audience engagement.
  • Plan and run paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights/reports to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and sales to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support email marketing, newsletters, and other lead generation initiatives.
  • Assist in brand visibility and awareness campaigns online.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and creative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of content marketing strategies and website optimization.
  • Experience in the entertainment, media, or e-commerce industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
