We're looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives to lead growth in key regional markets to support our expansion.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned region.


• Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, vendors, and end customers.


• Generate new leads through field visits, industry networking, and client referrals.


• Visit commercial and residential clients to explain product offerings and close deals.


• Coordinate with the internal technical and operations teams for timely project execution.


• Represent Bluth Solar in regional marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.


• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for review with management.


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes in the solar sector.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.


• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical products industry.


• Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales with regional market knowledge.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Creative and strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude.


• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned and nearby states.


• Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
