Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide personalized assistance throughout their membership period.
- Understand client preferences, background, and expectations to suggest suitable matches.
- Regularly follow up with clients through calls, meetings, or video interactions to maintain engagement.
- Shortlist and share appropriate profiles based on compatibility and client requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings/discussions between interested parties.
- Provide guidance and counseling to clients and families regarding compatibility, expectations, and decision-making.
- Handle client concerns or escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system with interactions and progress.
- Work towards monthly closure targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Promote premium membership plans and upsell services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the operations and support team to ensure client satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
