Hiring For Recruitment Associate

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements and skill matching.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate with shortlisted candidates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain candidate databases, update tracking sheets, and support documentation needs.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and team leads for role clarifications and interview feedback.
  • Post job advertisements on online portals and social media as per instructions.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, ensuring all interviews are conducted face-to-face (F2F) as per policy.
  • Support onboarding activities for selected candidates and maintain smooth candidate communication.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

  • Fresh graduates (any discipline) with strong interest in HR/Recruitment.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Must be available to work from office, Monday to Friday.

Additional Information

  • This position requires 5 days per week work from office at Race Course Road, Bangalore.
  • Interview process is strictly face-to-face (F2F); no online or telephonic interviews.
