Shift Timings:

8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Working days:

6 days

Stipend:

INR 30,000 per month (including INR 200/day shift allowance)

Performance-based Incentive:

Up to INR 10,000 per month

Confirmation to Full-time:

After 4 months

Desired Candidate Profile

● Should have excellent English communication skills.

● Should have a personal laptop.

● Prior experience in Sales/Customer service is preferred.

● Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities

●
Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Social media, and University partnerships to attract qualified Online tutors, who can teach students from the UK, USA & Canada

●
Screening:

Review tutor applications and resumes to assess qualifications, experience, and subject matter expertise, and conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' teaching skills, communication abilities, and suitability for the platform.

●
Onboarding:

Guide selected tutors through the onboarding process, including completing the necessary documentation and background checks.
