About the Role

Invictus is looking for a
Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with
Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams
to support and enhance Salesforce and its integrated applications.

You'll play a critical role in maintaining our Salesforce org, ensuring system stability, and driving continuous improvement across business processes. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges through smart Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks — user management, security setup, Lightning configurations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Design and maintain
    Salesforce Flows
    and process automations to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to configure and customize Salesforce features and integrations.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality support to end users — troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues efficiently.
  • Serve as the
    primary contact
    for Salesforce inquiries, enhancements, and escalations.
  • Translate business requirements into system solutions while managing priorities and expectations.
  • Evaluate enhancement opportunities and propose scalable, best-practice-driven solutions.
  • Manage
    Jira tickets
    for issues, enhancements, and change requests; track and ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a
    Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
    or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Sales & Service Cloud
    , data structures, object relationships, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
    (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant preferred).
  • Hands-on expertise with
    Salesforce Data Loader
    , Import Wizard, or third-party data tools.
  • Experience with
    Sales and Customer Success Operations tools
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience with
    Jira
    and familiarity with business system integrations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
