Customer Relationship Management Executive

- Receive and respond to phone inquiries in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Schedule client appointments based on availability and client preferences.
- Address and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Interact with clients in person and over the phone, providing assistance and information.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, including Closing Reports and Stock Reports.
- Update client information and interactions accurately in the CRM software.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications for day-to-day tasks.
- Call clients to inform them about ongoing or special schemes and promotions.
- Follow up on leads received through various platforms and enter them into the CRM system.
- Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Prior work experience in premium skin clinics is highly preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Should have a presentable and professional appearance.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and CRM software is essential.
