- Source candidates through various channels such as Dice, C2C, W2, H1B, US IT staffing, and other sources to meet client demands.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and placements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to candidate processing and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bench sales recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in Bench Sales or similar role.
- Strong understanding of US IT market dynamics including W2, H1B visa sponsorship processes.
- Proficiency in using tools like Dice for sourcing candidates.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
