Frono is a fast-growing digital technology company delivering user-first web and mobile experiences. We are on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Developer with strong front-end skills to help us build clean, responsive, and engaging interfaces for our customers and products.

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive user interfaces. This role requires expertise in front-end technologies and a strong understanding of user experience principles. You'll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create seamless, attractive, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).
  • Convert UX/UI wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to implement design improvements and user flows.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into the UI.
  • Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms and products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a front-end/UI/UX developer.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Understanding of user-centered design and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with front-end testing tools and methodologies.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and how to consume them in front-end applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per month
