Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams to analyze data conversion requirements.
  • Extract legacy system data, perform transformations, and load data into Workday using EIBs, Workday Studio, and Cloud Connect.
  • Validate data accuracy and integrity during trial conversions and production cutover.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation logic, and reconciliation reports.
  • Support end-to-end testing, issue resolution, and post go-live data fixes.
  • Work closely with functional leads to ensure alignment between business rules and data requirements.
  • Document all activities, configurations, and outcomes in accordance with project standards.
  • Extensive experience with Workday Migration recipes preparation and Advanced Data Loads for both HCM and Financial Domains.
  • Proven experience managing tenant builds and acting as a Build Manager in at least 12 full-cycle Workday implementations.
  • Manage tenant build cycles, including setup data migration, validation, and error resolution.
  • Serve as the Build Manager for tenant deployments, maintaining the Tenant Build Checklist and coordinating all related activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Looking for a Workday data conversation consultant with 4-7 years of extensive hands-on experience with EiB, Advanced loads, WDStudio etc across all ERP tracks (Finance, SCM and HCM)
  • Strong understanding of Workday data conversion models, business processes, and reporting.Must have worked on atleast 1-2 end to end implementation cycles as a primary consultant
  • Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL, or Python for data validation).
  • Active Certification in Workday Data Conversions is mandatory.
