Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workday HCM Consultant, located in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The Workday HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to align with client requirements. Responsibilities include consulting on human resource functions, designing system workflows to manage employee benefits, and ensuring efficient delivery of customized solutions. The consultant will also assist with troubleshooting, system testing, and collaborating with clients to optimize their HCM processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management and related processes.
  • Experience in consulting and implementing Human Resources (HR) systems and strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Benefits and configuring related modules in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and client-focused mindset.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or similar systems is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications in Workday or HCM systems are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
