HR Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Associate to be a part of our HR department and provide assistance with recruitment activities and administrative tasks. This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and meetings.
- Support other assigned functions of the HR department.
Requirements:
– Recently finished bachelor's/Master's in HR management or a related field.
– Possess excellent communication skills.
– Showcase organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
– Should have the ability to collaborate and work with the team.
– Know how to work with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
– Must have creative thinking abilities.
Location: Noida Sector-6
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
