Role & responsibilities

The incumbent shall be responsible for Sales & Marketing such as :

  • Looking after Pellet & Iron Ore Sales in Domestic & International Market
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Negotiate and handle complaints or objections
  • Achieving Sales Target
  • Maintaining Daily Shipments as per target by coordinating with Internal Team & Transporters
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate Business presentations on products and services
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate Engineer with MBA (Marketing) with 12 to 20 years of experience from metal industry.

Good communication and presentable skills
