Responsibilities: As Assistant Manager Marketing & Technical support, you will work as part of a dedicated team responsible for actively generating market opportunities and turning them into business prospects for the product line being handled by the company. The product line comprises of active & passive components, cables, accessories, test instruments, machines in Optics, Fiber optics and Electronics domain. In addition, you will actively involved in technical sales and services like installation, commissioning, training, warranty, calibration and AMC support etc. to customer for the product of various companies as part of agency sales for Eagle Photonics.
Compensation and Benefits: As per prevailing industry standards.
Desired profile of the candidate (Qualification, Experience and Skill set): BE in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electronics & Telecom / Electrical Engineering preferably with a MBA/PGDM in marketing management. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for engineering graduates in technical support and/or marketing field and minimum 3 years for MBA/PGDM. Extensive knowledge about Fiber Optics technology mainly in the field of test instruments, components and machines is required along with good knowledge about modern day embedded computer system and software including O/s and applications. People with higher experience shall be considered for post of Dy. Manager / Manager.
Desired work experience (in complete years):
Minimum: 3; Maximum: 10 Functional Area: Marketing /Sales/ Business Development/Technical support
Location of posting: Bangalore Traveling will be required all over India for sales and support activities.
